LONG LIFE FITNESS
Welcome to Long Life Fitness newsletter. Whether you're just now thinking about getting starting on a journey to long life fitness or have been following one for some time, this is the place for news, information and a consumer advocacy approach to fitness, health, and wellbeing.
Some believe that the fitness revolution began in the early 1970s. We believe that it really begain in the late nineteen century, in those days when it was called physical culture. The fitness revolution has grown like wildfire ever since, even though many of the ideas about training, diet, and equipment haven't radically changed in the past one hundred years. While time-proven equipment and some notions of training and diet still work just as well now as when they first became popular, others do not.
Long Life Fitness monitors the pulse of fitness training and is dedicated to bringing you up-to-date information you can apply to enhancing your life. We offer a concept in fitness and longevity that advocates physical training, stress management, nutritional wisdom, and dis-ease prevention/treatment as complimentary aspects of fitness rather than as competing ideas. We believe in the training the whole person as integrated body/mind, and challenge you to empower yourself to train in ways that enrich your entire life.
The best way to experience a happy and healthy life is to be mindful of every thing you do!DID YOU KNOW?
